About the Role
The Quality Technician is a vital link in our manufacturing ecosystem, dedicated to upholding the integrity of our Quality Management System. This position exists to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets rigorous customer, regulatory, and ISO standards. By performing precise inspections, tests, and documentation activities, you will directly contribute to product reliability and operational excellence.
In this role, you will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify potential issues early, support corrective actions, and maintain strict compliance. Your day-to-day involves a blend of hands-on technical work on the shop floor and detailed record-keeping, ensuring that dimensional, visual, and functional requirements are verified before any product is released. You will be the first line of defense in maintaining traceability and driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.
