Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDrive strategy and execution of Quality Systems across Twin Cities Campus manufacturing sites
  • check_circleProvide governance and oversight for the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program
  • check_circleMonitor CAPA performance metrics and drive cross-site actions to reduce issue recurrence
  • check_circleLead development and execution of site audit strategies and regulatory inspection readiness
  • check_circleCoordinate audit planning, preparation, and follow-up activities to ensure regulatory compliance
  • check_circleServe as Site Coordinator for Case for Quality participant sites and lead improvement initiatives
  • check_circleFacilitate cross-site collaboration to standardize quality system processes and share best practices
  • check_circleDevelop and track key quality system performance indicators for leadership reporting
  • check_circleLead cross-functional governance forums related to quality performance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's Degree with 5+ years of work experience in Quality and/or regulated industry OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of work experience in Quality and/or regulated industry
