The Quality Supervisor serves as a critical partner to the Quality Manager, bridging the gap between strategic quality goals and daily manufacturing execution. This role exists to ensure that our products consistently meet rigorous customer specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of food safety and continuous improvement.
You will spend the majority of your time on the production floor, actively monitoring processes and collaborating with production teams to identify issues in real time. Your day involves supervising quality personnel, conducting routine inspections and audits, and driving immediate corrective actions to maintain product conformity. By analyzing quality data and trends, you will support proactive problem-solving and help prepare the facility for internal and external audits.
