About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our fast-paced, growing team. In this role, you will ensure strict compliance with internal and external quality standards by creating and maintaining procedures and customer-mandated deliverables. You will partner with engineers, operations, and vendors to ensure designs for fabrication align with approved data and quality flow-downs. Your day-to-day will involve proactive system reviews, driving the development and maintenance of quality evaluation protocols, and performing part inspections using various equipment to verify conformance. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while effectively communicating complex quality activities to new hires and the broader team.
