As a Quality Engineer at Consolidated Precision Products (CPP), you will drive aerospace quality from the first article to flight. You play a critical role in ensuring our aerospace and defense products meet exacting customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations. This position is more than a compliance-focused role; it is a chance to be a key driver of product integrity, supporting manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes from new product introduction through production.
You will have direct influence on product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the operation. Success in this role means owning quality from launch through production, serving as the voice of quality with customers, and driving problem-solving efforts. You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to solve problems, prevent defects, and strengthen our quality systems—all while building expertise in highly regulated aerospace environments.
This is a visible leadership role with real influence across the site, offering the opportunity to work on aerospace and defense components that require precision and excellence. You will gain exposure to advanced quality systems and influence manufacturing outcomes and product performance.
