About the Role
The Quality Control Manager is a critical role ensuring that all construction activities in New Albany, IN, comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You will be the guardian of quality assurance throughout heavy civil projects, including earthwork, concrete, utilities, and structural components. This position is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about sustainability and safety. Your day-to-day involves partnering with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain high standards, conducting site walks to inspect work, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurring issues. You will play a key role in training site personnel and facilitating pre-installation meetings to ensure everyone is aligned on quality and safety protocols.
