About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Control Manager in New Albany, IN, to ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is critical for maintaining quality assurance throughout heavy civil construction projects, including earthwork, concrete, utilities, and structural components.
In this position, you will partner with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to uphold high-quality standards. Your day will involve developing project-specific Quality Management Plans, conducting regular site walks to inspect work, and performing root cause analysis on quality issues. You will serve as the bridge between technical execution and compliance, facilitating pre-installation meetings and training site personnel on quality policies. Sustainability and safety are foundational to our culture, and you will play a key role in ensuring a safe work environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
