About the Role
The Quality Control Manager is a critical role within our heavy civil construction projects, ensuring that all activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This position covers a broad scope including earthwork, concrete, utilities, and structural components.
In this role, you will partner with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project-specific Quality Management Plans, conducting regular site inspections, and performing root cause analysis on quality issues. Your work will directly support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a safe work environment by identifying and correcting potential hazards. This is an on-site position in New Albany, IN, requiring the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
