About the Role

This position serves as a critical link in our manufacturing quality assurance process. You will be responsible for performing quality control analyses to verify the quality of manufactured polymers and pre-polymerization intermediates in strict accordance with standard operating procedures. Your work ensures that finished and in-process products meet required specification ranges through precise laboratory calculations and adjustments.

In this role, you will be an active participant in the daily rhythm of the lab and production floor. You will record quality data and adjustment activities accurately in both written and electronic formats, maintain the precision of analytical equipment through routine calibrations, and manage laboratory supplies and chemical inventory. You will also collaborate with Process Chemistry and Operations teams during investigations of non-conforming products and contribute to daily production and weekly safety meetings. Your presence helps maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant work environment in accordance with RCRA regulations and OSHA Hazard Communication Standards.
