About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician at Kellanova, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of our iconic snack and breakfast brands. Working within the Quality Assurance & Testing team, your mission is to ensure that every product meets the highest food safety and quality standards. You will operate in a fast-paced, inclusive, and performance-driven environment where innovation and consumer trust are paramount.
In this position, you will partner closely with operations to maintain rigorous compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards. Your day-to-day impact involves performing routine inspections, sampling, and laboratory tests on ingredients, in-process items, and finished products. Beyond testing, you will be instrumental in documenting results, escalating non-conformances, and supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to prevent quality issues before they reach the consumer.
