About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor with a dotted line to the Director of Quality Assurance, this role is central to ensuring compliance with cGMP and Bimeda's internal quality standards. You will serve as a critical checkpoint in our manufacturing process, auditing and inspecting everything from incoming components and labeling to finished products and documentation.

Your day will involve conducting incoming inspections of printed roll-stock, labels, and packaging components using statistical sampling plans. You will interact directly with label vendors to resolve issues and perform initial and final inspections of packaging lines to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to reviewing batch documentation, resolving discrepancies with production personnel, and managing the QA release of finished products.

You will also play a key role in our Continuous Improvement program, writing and revising SOPs, managing equipment logs, and conducting annual inspections of retained samples. As a liaison between operations and compliance, you will interface with FDA compliance officers during facility inspections and keep management informed of any deviations or unusual trends. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently to ensure every material is accounted for and every lot meets strict specifications.
