About the Role
This position serves as a critical bridge between sales and closing, ensuring customers leave the purchase process with a firm, accurate understanding of their product and its terms. You will act as the primary resource and contact point for customers throughout the entire purchase and points transfer journey, guiding them through complex contract and disclosure materials with clarity and care.
The role is deeply rooted in quality assurance and compliance. You will analyze and apply company processes to ensure every closing adheres to strict business guidelines and policies. A significant portion of your day involves auditing audio and video recordings of sales processes to identify coaching opportunities and maintain the highest standards of customer service. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Contracts, and Underwriting teams to deliver a smooth, efficient, and uniform closing experience.
As a trusted expert, you will not only present contracts and documents but also proactively resolve customer inquiries and challenges. You will examine all closing materials for accuracy before and after customer meetings, ensuring no delays occur in the processing of contracts. This role requires independent judgment and the ability to exercise sound decision-making with limited supervision, all while maintaining a positive, customer-friendly demeanor.
