Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInspect purchased and internally manufactured parts to prints and specs
- check_circlePerform visual, dimensional, mechanical, and optical inspections
- check_circleComplete First Article Inspections per AS9102 including Form 3
- check_circleUse inspection tools including microscopes, optical comparator, and CMM
- check_circleSupport corrective actions, audits, and customer documentation
- check_circleAssist with training, first piece inspections, and continuous improvement
- check_circleMaintain calibration, shelf life checks, and inspection records
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum three years as a Quality Inspector
- verifiedAS9100 working knowledge required
- verifiedAS9102 and GD&T required
- verifiedStrong blueprint reading and inspection skills
- verifiedExperience with calibration requirements and procedures
- verifiedProficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
- verifiedAccess to export-controlled technical data subject to US export control laws (including ITAR)
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent. Aerospace manufacturing experience.
