About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to provide strategic oversight of CMS Star Ratings for our Home Health and Hospice divisions. In this role, you will serve as the internal expert on CMS methodology changes and reporting guidance. Your work will involve reviewing CMS Provider Preview Reports and leading pre-publication response efforts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
You will partner closely with Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to shape our quality strategy. A key part of your day will involve preparing executive dashboards, board-level summaries, and leadership reports that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
