About the Role

Eurofins PSS is seeking a QC Scientist to help launch and support a new raw materials testing facility. This role is pivotal in establishing operations within a start-up lab environment, ensuring all testing is performed in strict compliance with cGMP guidelines. You will be the technical backbone of the team, executing complex analytical techniques including FTIR, HPLC, and GC to validate raw materials.

In this position, you will not only perform wet chemistry and spectroscopic analyses but also drive the implementation of new methods and technologies. You will maintain laboratory organization using Lean and 6 Sigma principles, manage inventory, and ensure data integrity through rigorous documentation. This is an opportunity to own minor deviations, support investigations, and contribute to the foundational processes of a growing facility.

Training for this role will take place in Gaithersburg, MD, and Frederick, MD. We encourage candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Gaithersburg to apply.
