We are currently supporting a leading biotechnology company that combines technological insight with world-class manufacturing, scientific expertise, and process excellence. This client specializes in delivering innovative medicines to treat a wide range of diseases, with a focus on pharmaceutical ingredients, biopharmaceuticals, custom manufacturing, cell and gene therapy, and life science ingredients.
As a Biotechnologist Associate / Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a regulated, sterile environment and are eager to execute process recipes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
In this role, you will set up and operate production equipment, monitoring processes such as clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations. You will perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH testing, conductivity checks, and sampling, while conducting routine sanitization to maintain facility and equipment integrity. A key aspect of the job involves demonstrating aseptic technique when handling products and materials, ensuring compliance with good documentation procedures (GDPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).

The role also involves material movements, transferring raw materials and chemicals, and participating in shift exchanges and team meetings to support continuous operational excellence.
