As a QA/QC Coordinator, you will be the guardian of quality for our most advanced projects. You will develop and execute our Quality Management System (QMS) for every engagement, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
Your day will involve conducting quality inspections, generating data analytics, and tracking nonconformance reports. You will drive Lean initiatives to foster continuous improvement and serve as a coach, training internal teams on quality standards and procedures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, future-focused environment and wants to shape the next generation of tech infrastructure.
This position operates within both indoor business offices and active construction environments. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and verbal communication. Employees must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly and 25 pounds frequently. The job involves climbing ladders to 20 feet, operating equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs, and working in tight or confined spaces when necessary.
