This role is vital to our mission, ensuring that every product leaving our facilities meets or exceeds the rigorous safety and quality standards set by both the company and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- check_circleReview data and report any discrepancies or deviations from standard specifications
- check_circleAssist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures
- check_circlePerform detailed inspections of final product shipments to ensure compliance with quality standards
- check_circleCollaborate with production teams to identify causes of quality issues and develop solutions
- check_circleMaintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports on quality control tests
- check_circleEnsure adherence to health and safety guidelines during testing and handling of materials
- check_circleParticipate in internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Requirements
- verifiedProven laboratory skills including analytical balancing and microbiological plating
- verifiedStrong understanding of quality assurance standards and statistical analysis
- verifiedCertified Quality Technician (CQT) by ASQ preferred
- verifiedISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification is a plus

Certified Quality Technician (CQT) by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.
