QA Technician

At Cargill, we're committed to feeding the world in a safe and responsible way, reducing environmental impact and improving the communities where we live and work. We are looking for a dedicated QA Technician to join our Quality Assurance team within the Food & Beverage Operations.

About the Role

This role involves rigorous oversight of production processes, ensuring all products meet or exceed safety and quality standards set by both the company and regulatory authorities. You will partner with production teams to identify causes of quality issues and develop solutions, while conducting routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products using standard lab techniques and instrumentation.

Your day will include reviewing data to report any discrepancies or deviations from standard specifications, performing detailed inspections of final product shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines during all testing and handling of materials.

Hiring Process
