Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and monitor Quality Assurance processes for supplier selection, inspection, and approval
- check_circleAudit supplier manufacturing processes and verify compliance with specified standards
- check_circleReview and verify daily HACCP documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- check_circleProvide detailed guidance for scheduling and conducting internal facility audits
- check_circlePrepare and conduct training programs for plant employees on GMPs, HACCP, and SSOPs
- check_circleInvestigate customer complaints regarding product quality and provide corrective action recommendations
- check_circleOversee laboratory operations including testing protocols, procedures, and supply inventory
- check_circleInterpret laboratory test results and data to support product testing requirements and quality decision-making
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree required
- verified5–7 years of plant Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience in food manufacturing
