We are seeking an experienced RxCLAIM QA Lead to spearhead quality assurance activities for our pharmacy benefits management (PBM) systems, with a specialized focus on the RxCLAIM platform. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality delivery across complex healthcare environments where precision and regulatory compliance are paramount.
In this position, you will serve as the primary QA point of contact for PBM and RxCLAIM initiatives. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to define and enforce robust QA processes. Your day-to-day involves guiding the end-to-end testing lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution and defect management—while mentoring QA analysts on specific RxCLAIM workflows and testing techniques.
Beyond technical execution, you will play a strategic role in release planning and production validation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all testing activities, including eligibility, claims adjudication, pricing, and prior authorization scenarios, adhere to strict healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and CMS standards. Your insights will directly influence the quality of our healthcare platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of both our clients and the patients they serve.
