About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth and build lasting client relationships. This field-focused, commission-driven role serves as the vital bridge between our clients and our internal claims team. You will act as a trusted advisor, generating leads in residential and commercial property claims markets and meeting clients on-site to assess damage and explain our services.
Success in this position requires a consultative approach to developing and maintaining referral networks with contractors, brokers, and restoration professionals. By collaborating closely with our claims adjusters, you will ensure a seamless experience for every client, turning complex claims into successful outcomes while achieving your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
