About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate new business, build lasting client relationships, and partner closely with our claims team. This is a field-focused, commission-driven role designed for high earning potential.
In this position, you will serve as the primary advocate for property owners, meeting clients on-site to assess damage and explain our services. You will develop and maintain referral networks with contractors, brokers, and restoration professionals while collaborating with adjusters to ensure seamless client experiences. The role requires a self-starter who is results-oriented and comfortable traveling to meet clients as needed.

Requirements
