About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth and build lasting client relationships. This field-focused, commission-driven role serves as the vital bridge between property owners in need and our specialized claims team. You will act as a trusted advisor, generating leads in residential and commercial property claims markets and meeting clients on-site to assess damage and explain our services.
Success in this position requires developing and maintaining robust referral networks with contractors, brokers, and restoration professionals. You will collaborate closely with claims adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for every client, working toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while enjoying a flexible schedule and strong team support.
