About the Role
As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will serve as a vital partner in delivering high-quality outpatient psychotherapy in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to support patients through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care. You will work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to coordinate holistic treatment, ensuring measurable patient outcomes and effective crisis intervention when needed.
In this position, you will have the flexibility to tailor your schedule to achieve a healthy work-life balance while enjoying opportunities for ongoing professional development and career advancement. Your day-to-day will involve conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based therapies, and educating patients and families on self-management strategies, all while maintaining the highest standards of care and documentation.

Requirements

- verifiedFamiliarity with telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant technology
