As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will serve as a vital link in delivering high-quality outpatient care through both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to support patients through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of evidence-based psychotherapy. You will work closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to coordinate seamless care, ensuring measurable patient outcomes.
In this position, you will conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis interventions while maintaining the highest standards of care. Your day will involve collaborating with a supportive team, participating in case consultations, and engaging in ongoing training and quality-improvement initiatives.
