About the Role
As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will deliver high-quality outpatient psychotherapy in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to support patients through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and crisis intervention. You will work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to coordinate holistic care, ensuring measurable patient outcomes.
In this position, you will have the flexibility to tailor your schedule to achieve a healthy work-life balance while engaging in ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities. Your day will involve conducting assessments, implementing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, and educating patients and families on self-management strategies.

Requirements

- verifiedExperience providing evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessment
- verifiedFamiliarity with telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant technology
