As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and patient well-being by delivering high-quality outpatient psychotherapy in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to ensure that every patient receives a comprehensive, individualized approach to their mental health journey.
In this position, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments to develop treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to coordinate seamless care. You will also engage in ongoing professional development and quality-improvement initiatives, ensuring that your practice evolves alongside the latest evidence-based modalities.
