As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will serve as a vital link in delivering high-quality outpatient care through both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to ensure patients receive comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing support tailored to their unique needs.
In this position, you will conduct assessments and implement evidence-based psychotherapies, including CBT, DBT, and ACT. Your day will involve collaborating closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to coordinate seamless care. You will also engage in risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention while maintaining rigorous documentation standards in our electronic health records. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality-improvement initiatives, ensuring your practice evolves with the latest standards.
