As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will serve as a vital link in delivering high-quality outpatient care through both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to ensure that patients receive comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing support tailored to their unique needs.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to coordinate holistic care. Your day-to-day involves conducting psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, and group), performing risk assessments, and leading crisis interventions. Beyond clinical duties, you will actively participate in case consultations and quality-improvement initiatives, helping to shape the future of our mental health services.
