About the Role
We are actively recruiting passionate Outpatient Adult Psychiatrists in the greater Chicago area to join us at a critical time in our journey. As we pursue ambitious growth plans, we offer significant opportunities for both residents and experienced Psychiatrists. You will partner with us to achieve our mission, working within an integrated care team where prescribers and therapists collaborate under one roof. You will be supported by practice assistants and a full administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care while we handle all marketing to book your patient caseload.

Work Environment & Culture
We believe in work-life balance. Our model offers no nights, no weekends, and no on-call duties, with after-hours urgent support available to ensure you maintain your lifestyle. Most offices operate on a hybrid schedule: three days onsite and two days telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible. While you can expect more in-person time upfront to build your patient caseload and schedule follow-ups, telehealth days provide flexibility.
