This role covers the Cincinnati East, OH territory, with the target city being Cincinnati. We welcome candidates residing within 40 miles of the territory boundaries, provided they have access to a major airport. The territory encompasses Lebanon, Montgomery, Hyde Park, Chillicothe, Athens, and Lancaster.

As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies grounded in comprehensive clinical knowledge. In this role, you will navigate the toughest commercialization challenges in a rapidly changing environment. Your day-to-day involves using digital tools and data insights to develop strategies, allocating resources to enhance sales execution, and monitoring progress to maximize performance. You will deliver compelling messages to customers, probe their needs, and close calls with actionable commitments to drive behavioral changes. Success requires building productive internal and external relationships, staying informed on reimbursement dynamics, and applying a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
