About the Role

This role is designed for psychiatrists who want predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits, fully remote outpatient psychiatry. You will have flexible scheduling, control over your schedule, session structure, and patient population. You will have minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model.

Day-to-Day Practice

You will provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry. You will work with lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD). You will treat patients across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients.

Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups). You will have no inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage. You will have an in-house referral network to therapists. You will have full operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Clinical Autonomy & Flexibility

You will have control over schedule and weekly availability. You will have session length within established clinical standards. You will have patient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferences. You will have clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.

What We're Looking For

You will be board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO). You will have an active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available). You will have an interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care. You will have comfort with learning streamlined clinical. You will have strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Compensation

Total annual on-target earnings of $300k - $350k +, consisting of: Base salary. You will have a monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period.
