This position coordinates the implementation, quality control, and completion of research studies while assisting the Principal Investigator in determining and accomplishing study objectives. You will oversee research studies in an administrative and operational capacity, ensuring strict compliance with guidelines set by governing agencies. The role serves as a vital liaison between participants and study-related parties, managing everything from subject recruitment and informed consent to the coordination of site visits by sponsors and federal agencies.
As a key member of the team, you will function independently to solve complex daily requirements, prioritizing workload and establishing systems to achieve specific study goals. Your efforts will require close coordination across multiple departments to ensure effective follow-through and compliance. You will also contribute to developing educational materials and educating the community and other research professionals regarding studies and related research issues.
