This full-time position serves as the backbone of the provider enrollment process, focusing on the review, research, analysis, and processing of provider enrollment applications. The role exists to ensure that supplier files remain accurate and compliant with federal and organizational standards.
In this onsite role located at 17 Technology Circle in Columbia, SC, you will work an 8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While the schedule is standard, occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs, and travel between buildings may be necessary. You will act as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with external and internal customers to resolve discrepancies and provide guidance on the enrollment process. The position involves deep collaboration with technical support staff to test system changes and contribute to process improvements and provider education initiatives.
