About the Role

As a Proprietor at Ted's Montana Grill, you will lead the overall operation of the restaurant under the guidance of the Director of Operations. Unlike traditional restaurant management roles, our Proprietors do not require a buy-in; instead, you are empowered to make a tangible difference and lead your business with an ownership mentality. Your primary objective is to drive performance, guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability while ensuring the restaurant meets its financial and operating goals.
