About the Role

As a Proposal Manager I, you will serve as an integral member of the Company's Business Development organization and Proposal Center. In this role, you will oversee the bid submission process from initial contact through contract signing for our cutting-edge products and services. You will direct proposal activities in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications, ensuring that appropriate themes are incorporated and resolving conflicts in team dynamics and condensed project timelines.

You will manage the proposal development center and oversee the center's staff in the development and submission of task order and project proposals for both government and commercial customers. This includes planning, organizing, and executing IDIQ proposals (both Prime and subcontractor roles) while ensuring the company's proposal development process is clearly disseminated and efficiently implemented. You will exercise ownership of proposal processes, taking responsibility for the quality and compliance of all proposals supported by the center.

Hiring Process

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF) handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
