The Day-to-Day
You will be responsible for maintaining residential properties throughout the Grand Rapids area. During the warmer months, you will operate commercial landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor spaces to a high standard, including mowing, trimming, edging, and general property upkeep.
During the winter, you will operate plow trucks and snow equipment to keep properties clear and safe. Snow events require reliability and responsiveness, and the team works together to ensure properties are handled quickly and professionally.
You will also document work using mobile apps for routing, reporting, and photo updates so property owners have clear visibility into what is happening at their properties.
