The audio revolution is here, and iHeartMedia is leading it. As the number one audio company in America, we reach 90% of Americans every month—a monthly audience twice the size of any other audio company and almost three times the size of the largest TV network. We are the largest podcast publisher, the home of the country's most popular on-air personalities, and the creator of iconic live music events like the iHeartRadio Music Festival and the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour. With the #1 streaming radio digital service and a social media footprint seven times larger than our nearest competitor, we combine strong leadership in audience reach with a complete audio ad technology stack.
Because we reach almost every community in America, we are committed to providing programming that reflects the diversity of the many communities we serve. Our company values stress collaboration, curiosity, welcoming dissent, accepting mistakes in the pursuit of new ideas, and respect for everyone.
At iHeartMedia, events are more than just moments—they are a core pillar of our brand. With over 20,000 local and national events annually, the Promotions & Events team plays a critical role in shaping how audiences experience the power of audio in real life. As a member of this team, you will be at the heart of this mission, bringing our stations, talent, and clients to life through unforgettable experiences. You will support the planning and execution of local events and promotions, coordinate logistics, and serve as the on-site lead to ensure smooth execution while representing iHeartMedia with professionalism and positive energy.
We are accepting applications for this role on an ongoing basis. If you are excited about this role but don't feel your experience aligns perfectly with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. At iHeartMedia, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace and are looking for teammates passionate about what we do.
