About the Role
Our client is seeking a Project Support Specialist to provide logistical and production support to a marketing team dedicated to commercial and industrial energy efficiency initiatives. This role serves as a central hub for the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring the seamless coordination of marketing assets, communications, and project deliverables across multiple business units.
In this fast-paced environment, you will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders—including communications, legal, and program teams—and external vendors. Your day-to-day involves managing the production lifecycle of diverse B2B marketing assets, ranging from digital advertising and video content to case studies and website materials. Beyond production, you will play a key role in maintaining brand integrity by reviewing materials for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards, while also supporting the development of strategic marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with minimum 3 years experience
- verified7 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- verifiedStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- verifiedDemonstrated copyediting experience
- verifiedExperience with project and content management systems such as Wrike or monday.com (preferred)
- verifiedKnowledge of energy efficiency programs (preferred)
Nice to Have
