Vertiv Group is seeking a Project Startup Engineer to join our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. In this position, you will serve as the bridge between design and operational reality. You will plan, coordinate, and execute startup activities for data center and industrial power, thermal, and infrastructure management solutions. Your primary mission is to ensure smooth handover to customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and reliability.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and field technicians to manage technical risks and maintain detailed documentation. The role involves analyzing startup performance data to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that every project meets both technical and schedule requirements.
