We are seeking a highly organized Project Scheduler to implement and oversee project schedules, ensuring the successful realization of envisaged project goals. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with trade managers and project managers to set tasks, monitor execution, and prepare progress reports. This role may also be referred to as a Service Advisor.
Your expertise will drive the development and maintenance of an effective scheduling management system. You will coordinate timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders, identifying potential delays and facilitating timely interventions. Success in this position requires solid industry knowledge and the ability to keep stakeholders informed of all timeline changes while documenting processes and maintaining accurate records.
