About the Role
As a Project Manager at LJA Land Development, you will interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate engineering projects that feature unique or controversial problems and have an important effect on major company programs. You will plan, coordinate, and direct large, important engineering projects or several smaller projects with many complex features.
In this role, you will lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans, exhibits, reports, and tables as required by the client. You will be responsible for daily operations and deliverables necessary for the development of single-family residential and commercial projects. Your day will involve analyzing project scope, client RFPs, and firm proposals to organize work and set procedures. You will utilize advanced techniques, theory, and practices in a specialized engineering field while interacting with clients and other consultants.
