About the Role

At hx, Project Management is more than running timelines and reporting progress; it's about driving customer success, accelerating time-to-value, and being the bridge between ambitious clients and technology. What makes us stand out is the mix of depth and ambition: we understand the platform, build strong relationships with customers, and are constantly looking at how tools and AI can improve how we deliver.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of project delivery, owning customer projects end-to-end and working directly with insurers and internal teams to bring pricing models and integrations live. You'll act as the main point of contact for customers, building trust and managing all aspects of delivery, while ensuring projects land successfully. Alongside delivery, you'll also play a role in improving how we work as a team, whether that's refining processes, introducing better ways of using tools, or helping create more consistent, scalable delivery across projects.

Interview Process

1. Initial Call: A conversation with our Talent team to kick things off.
2. Hiring Manager Interview: A discussion with our Programme Manager.
3. Skills Interview: A technical assessment (on-site preferred).
4. Values Interview: A deep dive into cultural fit.
