About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. This role is driven by a commitment to providing clients with excellent service while ensuring the successful delivery of complex builds.
In this position, you will act as a central hub for project information, managing the interface between suppliers, architects, engineers, and the internal project team. Your day-to-day involves monitoring the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly. You will be responsible for forecasting and updating key project milestones and budgets, while also providing rapid responses to RFIs from the field.
Beyond execution, this role requires strategic thinking to advise project teams on approaches that successfully achieve both client and business objectives. You will play a key part in knowledge management, ensuring that key information and learnings from each project are captured to drive continuous process improvement. Additionally, you will provide technical support regarding cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance, while maintaining rigorous SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
