MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a significant contract with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to support the Air and Marine Operations Center. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide full-time, on-site leadership and oversight of all contract operations in Riverside, California.
This is a contingent position based on the potential award of the contract. If MAG Aerospace is awarded the contract, successful candidates will be guaranteed first right of refusal for the role. While the award date is tentative, the projected start date is September 2026.
In this critical capacity, you will serve as the primary interface between MAG Aerospace and key government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Your mission is to execute C4I systems maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support, ensuring strict alignment with mission priorities, performance standards, and contractual requirements.
You will lead a multi-discipline team responsible for the maintenance and sustainment of AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems. The role demands a dynamic leader capable of planning and prioritizing activities in real-time to meet fluctuating mission requirements. You will oversee workforce utilization, manage surge support needs, and ensure the team adheres to schedule, cost, and performance objectives while troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network components.
