Join a growing general contractor in Wisconsin as a Project Manager leading high-scale projects from cradle to grave. This role is designed for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented professional ready to manage self-perform projects within a dynamic team environment. You will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of construction, from initial planning through implementation, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
As a leader in this capacity, you will manage multiple scopes of work while balancing daily multitasking demands. Your day-to-day will involve leading preconstruction activities, including pre-task planning, pre-install meetings, and financial planning sessions. You will define clear scopes of work to reduce ambiguity, manage project expectations, and navigate complex change management processes involving plan updates, cost pricing, and change orders.
You will also handle critical financial responsibilities, such as cost estimating, forecasting, and analyzing profit margins. The role requires proficiency in contract management, distinguishing between various contract types like subcontracts and MESAs, and drafting clear, well-defined agreements. Additionally, you will oversee project billing, reviewing owner pay applications and approving subcontractor pay apps with accuracy.
We offer a supportive environment with no travel requirements and flexible working arrangements. Benefits include an annual bonus, healthcare coverage, a 401k match, retirement savings plans, and 3+ weeks of PTO. The company also provides maternity and paternity leave, career development opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
