Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within our Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) division. In this fully remote capacity, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with our broader goals and vision. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence and driving successful outcomes for our clients.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Your day-to-day involves developing comprehensive project plans, managing resource allocations, and providing technical guidance to ensure teams have the support they need. You will be responsible for monitoring progress, identifying risks, and communicating transparently about project status, issues, and milestones. Success in this position requires a strong track record of delivering complex projects and the ability to navigate federal requirements and security protocols.

Important Note: This position is fully remote but requires a Public Trust security clearance. Candidates must be US Citizens; Green Card holders or those requiring sponsorship will not be considered.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, training, experience, and internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of our total compensation package, which may also include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards.
