About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects. You will coordinate with various internal and external departments to oversee the entire lifecycle of capital project execution. The role requires taking ownership of all aspects of project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience from initiation through closeout.
You will lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget. This involves managing and directing project teams, mentoring members, and developing positive working relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders. The role also includes identifying and controlling construction risks, tracking changes, and analyzing issues to provide solutions that improve results.
This position allows for a hybrid arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the office. Candidates must be comfortable with approximately 10-25% domestic travel.

Requirements
