This position offers the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects. You will coordinate with various internal and external departments to oversee the lifecycle of capital project execution. The role requires taking ownership of all aspects of project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience from initiation through closeout.
You will lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget. A key part of the day-to-day involves managing and directing the project team, mentoring members, and developing positive working relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and controlling construction risks, tracking changes, and analyzing issues to provide solutions that improve results.
This position allows for a hybrid arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the office. The role requires approximately 10-25% domestic travel.
